Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Renewables Grid Performance
Operations Engineer - Energy Storage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead asset performance evaluations for utility-scale renewable
energy projects involving BESS technology
Facilitate operational risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities
and drive continuous improvement
Act as a subject matter expert on operational performance topics,
collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical or Power Systems
Engineering
6+ years of experience in power systems engineering, grid
reliability engineering, or asset management performance
engineering
Familiarity with ISO/RTO, Utility, and NERC reliability
standards
Technical understanding of SCADA and EMS engineering related to
performance monitoring
Experience with energy storage and BESS technologies is a
significant plus
