A company is looking for a Senior Director - Business Solution
Owner, Contact Center Solutions, Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive client-specific solution architecture and development in a
complex technology environment
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to build partnerships and
align marketing with sales strategies
Develop a product/solution roadmap and identify opportunities for
internal migrations from legacy solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Public
Health or Administration, or equivalent experience
12 years of experience in product management, including creating
product vision and roadmaps
Experience with enterprise-facing products such as SaaS platforms
and APIs
Fluency with Medicaid market dynamics and trends
Experience with AI and machine learning technologies applied to
customer service or contact centers
