Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Customer Experience -
Voice of Customer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead a Voice of Customer (VOC) practice for end
customers
Analyze customer service interaction insights to improve NPS and
CSAT
Build and manage an Experience Index Dashboard integrating VOC
insights and CX metrics
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in VOC, customer insights, and research
Minimum of 3 years leading a team
Experience with VOC consulting companies like Medallia or
Qualtrics
Proficiency in data storytelling and visualization
Strong business acumen working with C-Suite customers
