Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Training and QA
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Review medical decisions for accuracy and compliance with CMS
instructions
Develop and implement a quality control program for clinical staff
training and evaluation
Provide continuing education workshops and assist with provider
service inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associate's degree in a job-related field or graduate of an
accredited school of nursing
Four years of experience in clinical, utilization review, training,
quality assurance, or case management
Active unrestricted RN licensure in the state hired or active
compact multistate RN license
Knowledge of mathematical or statistical concepts and medical
terminology
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
