Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Business Partner,
UpMarket to support customer renewal and expansion operations
within the New Logo Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Strategy & Insights to identify business trends and
drive actionable plans with Revenue Leaders
Optimize processes and systems in collaboration with Revenue
Systems to enhance operational efficiency
Lead strategic initiatives to improve scalability and effectiveness
of the revenue operating model
Required Qualifications
BS degree preferred; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
Experience leading an Operations team at $500mm - $1b revenue
Background in a large-scale technology company; enterprise software
experience preferred
Proven leadership in delivering results with cross-functional
teams
Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across
teams
