Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Accounts Receivable
Specialist responsible for managing a team and improving
performance metrics in the healthcare revenue cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor team performance and conduct quality audits on account
activities
Collaborate with leadership to develop training plans and provide
technical expertise on denials and payer policies
Conduct daily huddles and weekly staff meetings for process
improvement and team knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in healthcare insurance billing and
denials
High School Diploma or GED
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in insurance reimbursement
practices
Proven knowledge of governmental and regulatory provisions related
to billing and collection
Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
