Scripps Health Administrative Services supports our five hospitals and 19 outpatient facilities, which treat half a million patients annually through 2,600 affiliated physicians.This is a Full Time, 12 Hour Night Shift, position with benefits and the location is at Scripps Mercy San Diego campus in the community of Hillcrest.
This position is eligible for New Hires and Relocation Incentives up to $7k.

RN in Surgical Acute gain exposure togeneral surgical patients including bariatric, ortho, spinal, urology, medical, telemetry, and trauma. Continuous and manual bladder irrigation, suprapubic urinary catheters, nephrostomy drains, wound V.A.C. therapy, orthopedic braces, and Patient-Controlled Analgesia infusions.
This is a high-functioning unit that boasts exceptionally high employee engagement andpatients satisfaction scores.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the followingcriteria must be met:

Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offerletter)
Must remain in original department/specialty
Must remain in original Job Title

Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis andmay result in forfeiting remaining incentive Required Qualifications:
At least one year RN experience
Graduate from an accredited school for nursing
Current CA State RN license
American Heart Association BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications:
At least one year ofacute Med/Surg RN experience.
At least one year of Acute Long Term Care experience.
Bachelors Degree in Nursing
