Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Lumber Siding Estimator
responsible for preparing bids and estimates for various siding
products.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare bid and reference information using design software
Review material takeoffs and calculations for accuracy
Prepare detailed construction proposals from customer
blueprints
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial siding estimating
Proficiency in Sage/Timberline and PlanSwift software
Strong math skills and ability to read blueprints
Broad knowledge of building materials
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
