At our MacArthur Co., you will receive an ownership stake in the value our combined honest efforts create.As a Delivery Driver/Warehouse, you will execute operations stocking & preparing orders of building materials for distribution to a network of customers. Customer service and team-oriented focus are of utmost importance. Your work environment will consist of inside, and outside, work areas. Each type of loading and unloading requires strict attention to safety and order accuracy. This position requires well-defined detailed work while producing repeatable and consistently accurate results. An ideal candidate will prefer a steady work style and enjoy executing clear objectives in a team-focused environment.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the accurate, safe, and on-time delivery of building materials to job sites, warehouses, and residential homesProvide quality service and support to our customersInspect loaded trucks for order accuracy, comply with weight restrictions, and proper securingWork with customers and co-workersHelp coordinate deliveries and assist in maintaining inventory levelsProactively collaborates with management and co-workers as neededEnsure that delivery schedules are met while providing friendly and professional serviceEfficiently & accurately organize building materials using a variety of equipmentReview all orders to determine if they are picked correctlyEnsure orders are free of damage and report to management as neededBanding, wrapping, or packaging material for shipping on commercial trucks & trailersDrive forklift in picking area and build pallet/loadPre-trip vehicle inspection completed daily before departureFollow daily operations schedule, with an ability to adjust to customer needsLoad and unload materials safely for transportation with attention to detailHelp to continually organize and clean both warehouse and yard work areaAccomplish tasks thoroughly, accurately, and on timeJob RequirementsValid driver's license and qualified driving record in the last 3 yearsAble to pass pre-employment drug screeningOne year of box truck driving experienceAble to lift 40-70 pounds throughout the workdayExtra consideration will be given to applicants with proven forklift material handling experienceFlexibility to work overtime hours as neededBenefits PackagePaid Time Off (PTO) & 8 Paid Holidays Each YearOutstanding Family Medical Benefits PackageSubstantial Stock Ownership ProgramCompetitive Compensation PackagesEmployer-Sponsored Family Dental Insurance401k and Roth 401k Investment AccountsEmployer-Sponsored Life & Disability Insurance This job description is a summary; more details of responsibilities are provided during interviews.PM21Requirements:Compensation details: 20-25 Hourly WagePI2f387c5e850f-25660-35372162
